Princess Allotey ’21 returns to ����vlog���� to share her journey from ����vlog���� to pursuing a joint Ph.D. in Statistics & Data Science and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. In this convocation, she will reflect on the networks, relationships, and resources that supported her success—both on campus and beyond. Students will have the opportunity to learn strategies for building connections at ����vlog���� and carrying them forward into graduate study and future careers. “Beyond the Glass Ceiling: Networks that Shape Women in STEM” also serves as a space for community building, especially for women in STEM fields. The event will highlight how mentorship, collaboration, and support systems not only foster individual growth but also create pathways to greater achievement.
